  2. I really feel sad for Alana. Honestly, I think that the whole family is a bit crazy. At an age when she is supposed to be studying and leading a NORMAL life, her parents, specifically her mom, enters her at beauty pageants. The attitude of her mom is just rubbish.

  3. From Honey Boo Boo, it can be seen that how a parent's behaviour and their surrounding in which they create for a child effects a child's behaviour, hence showing that a child's behaviour is the reflection of their parents.

  5. I think that as much as children should try out new things and step out of their comfort zones once in a while, their parents should only be encouraging them to do so and not force them until a point where the child is 'tricked' by his own parents that this is they way life should be-always competitive and being the best at everything. Although having a competitive spirit is good, but being spoilt to a point where the child is too competitive and not knowing that there are ups and downs in life would only spoil the child and make him think that he can always receive what he wants.

    1. However, there are children who have the competitive spirit in them and would not give up to someone. For example she would try her hardest just to talk back to someone more senior to her to win in front of her parents but no matter how hard her parents try to discipline her and tells her to stop, she would carry on her bad behavior. This is an example of how the parents should not be blamed because the child simply refuses to heed her parents' advice despite countless reminders.
